Heyyy guys welcome back! As you know, we have changed our plot for our final project! Therefore I decided it would be best if I made a NEW mood board to have a better grasp of what vibes we want our opener to give. Enjoy😉!

My mood board captures the nostalgic, fun, and emotional vibes of my film, highlighting certain events that will be in the opener. It also demonstrates the setting (the colleges, house, car, etc), characters (the four girls), and props (the acceptance letters). The warm golden hour lighting and fun pictures—like the girls singing karaoke and driving with the windows down—represent the happy careless memories they've made. These are perfect in giving us ideas for the flashback scenes of us simply living the lifeeeee! The pictures of the university letters, hats, and packed car show that they are going through big changes soon, leaving their friends and family behind. We plan to have different outfits such as summery bright-colored clothes, so I incorporated a casual crop and shorts picture for reference.
The low-key outfits and vibes make this seem more relatable as if they could be anyone's friends. The setting like the gas station and karaoke night adds a simple vibe like they don't care where they are or what they're doing, as long as they're together, they can have fun. Additionally, the photos of hugs, sunsets, and college logos (UF, FSU, UCF, USF) bring in the bittersweet feeling of leaving it all behind and moving toward their future. These yellow tones can help show the nostalgia factor of it all. Overall, it captures the fun and sadness of the situation while giving a glimpse of what is coming for them.
