Hello, welcome back to the vlog channel! My teammates for the final project will be Leah Maria Antigua, Nahomy Castro, Phi Phoung Le, and me, Mariana Van Brackel. We all bring something special to the table making us an excellent, versatile team. We came to a consensus and decided to work together because we are close friends and know each other's strengths which gives us the chance to approach this final project with teamwork and creativity!!
Here is a picture of all of us after watching Hunger Games.

Here is Leah and her dear friend.
Although it took Leah some time to decide whether she wanted to work alone or as a group, she decided it would be better if she tackled this project with some support. I have known her since sixth grade and have been friends with her ever since! She is a very creative person with great artistic abilities, which can be useful during our storyboard process. Her creativity and enthusiasm will be very helpful on our team because she can help us come up with clever ideas, such as film locations or shots. When we were discussing what we wanted our roles to be, she immediately said actor and lighting director. Our roles are not yet set in stone, but we will probably do a little bit of something in each category.

Phi and I did not have any issues picking out the group because we automatically knew we wanted to work together. I have known Phi since kindergarten but was enemies with her until 8th grade, and now she is one of my closest friends! Phi also brings vital skills to the group. We worked together on the sound project, so I know that she is very resourceful, which will assist us in this project, whether it be finding props, suggesting locations, or thinking of cool film shots. She is also very creative and positive, so if we hit a mental block, she may be able to help. Phi has many ideas on how to make our movie engaging and unique. She quickly expressed interest in being the lead actress when we discussed roles, but we will decide once we have our plan done to make sure she fits our character's role.

Although Nahomy is not in our period, Phi and I quickly thought of asking her to be in our group. I have known Nahomy since 8th grade and have been her close friend ever since. She is very diligent in her schoolwork and knows how to keep calm in frustrating situations. Nahomy said she wanted to be the cameraman when we discussed our roles, and we all agreed she should be. Whether it's setting up shots and the camera or editing the footage, she has the skills to make sure our project looks professional. Her calm and collected attitude may help during the complicated scenes. Nahomy is also interested in adding special effects and featuring creative angles in our project, which may result in us getting a better grade!!
